The Isabella
Muse of the month for December is The Isabella: featuring the intense berry red rhodolite garnet. This stone is part of the garnet family and derives its name from ‘granatus’ the latin name for pomegranate with a sensuous burgundy colour. Named after actress and filmmaker Isabella Rossellini - I still remember the first time I was asked to do her makeup! Honoured to now call her a friend too.
