If you purchased a ring and find it is not the most perfect fit please contact the team here. We do offer exchanges of size depending on the condition of the original ring once returned. We always advise getting measured with your local jewellers first to ensure the best fit. More information on sizing can be found here.

You have the right to return purchased products for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the order being received. During the holiday period the refunds policy will be extended to 30 days from transit. The item(s) must be returned directly to us, unused and in the same condition that they were received in. You must include all the original packaging, ring box and puff intact as per our terms & conditions. If you would like to request a return, please contact us here. Bespoke pieces of any nature from bespoke sizing to bespoke metal settings are non-refundable nor can they be exchanged.
What carat gold purity do you use in your jewellery?
All gold jewellery is handmade in 18 carat gold (75% gold). This includes bespoke options in Rose Gold and White Gold. For one off platinum settings we use 95% pure platinum.
Are the gemstones natural and ethically sourced?
All our gemstones are completely natural. This does mean that some gemstones may contain natural inclusions, which we personally love. We make every effort to ensure our gemstones are ethically sourced throughout the whole supply chain. You can read more about our gemstones here or contact us for any further questions.
Are the gemstones treated?
Depending on the gemstone, acceptable treatment processes may be used. Full information can be found here on specific stones.
Can you create bespoke rings?
Yes, we love creating bespoke rings. We are able to make bespoke original rings using any of the natural gemstones we stock as part of our ring collections (Bespoke Capsule Collection and Rings). These can be set in different metal settings including 18ct White Gold, 18ct Rose Gold and Platinum. Unfortunately, we are unable to create bespoke variations for the Stackable Ring Range. Please get in touch here for any special orders.
Can the earrings be made in sterling silver?
Due to the design of the earrings they cannot be made in sterling silver. However, if you have any bespoke enquiries please contact us so we can better advise what would be possible.
What is the inspiration behind the packaging?
Lisa designed the packaging inspired by her vintage makeup collection. For full information on the design can be found here.
How should I store and care for my ring and/or lipstick charm?
Your ring can be stored in the plush ring holder that is included inside your ring box. Avoid storing your ring with other jewellery to prevent scratching and damaging. Silver can be stored in a plastic bag to avoid tarnishing. You can clean your ring with luke-warm water with a little washing up liquid, ideally with a small interdental brush to clean underneath the setting. A tutorial on ring cleaning can be viewed here, saved to Lisa’s Instagram highlights. Please ensure to remove or cover your Lipstick Charm before applying strong hairspray, hair dye, perfume or other potentially corrosive products.
What do the names of the rings mean? / Who is the jewellery named after?
Lisa has named her jewellery personal names after friends, muses and inspirations. More information on Lisa’s jewellery inspiration can be found here. For any other questions please contact us.
