Worldwide shipping and duty is paid by us on all Jewellery orders over £350.

We want to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition and as soon as possible.

Covid 19 - Almost all of our shipments are happening on time, but we have had some delays in certain territories. Please bear with us, and do contact us if you have any delays and we will do our upmost to get your shipments to you ASAP!

Jewellery Shipping

Lisa has taken a lot of care and pride in how to pack and present her jewellery, to protect it on its journey to you and provide you with a beautiful collectable jewel box for the future. Rings and earrings come in a round vegan suede padded box in a variety of blush tones ranging from a delicate lilac, pink blush, eau de nil and a deep lavender. Each box is then packed in a monogrammed blush pink, delicate lilac, eau de nil or french navy outer gift box. Every box contains a ‘vintage rouge puff ’ in a variety of colours, for polishing your stone – and for fun! Charms will arrive in a high quality, sealed and monogrammed white card envelope.

 

Shipping costs and timing

Worldwide shipping and duty is paid by us on all Jewellery orders over £350.

Orders below £350 shipping will be calculated and applied at checkout and you may be liable to pay any of your country’s duties, taxes and customs charges.

UK - EXPRESS SHIPPING - £5.95 - 2 working days
Europe - EXPRESS SHIPPING - £9.95 - 4 working days
US - EXPRESS SHIPPING - £15 - 5 working days
Rest of The World - EXPRESS SHIPPING -  £24.95 - 10 working days

All orders are hand packed and shipped from the UK. These estimates exclude weekends and bank/public holidays. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to South America, Russia, India and Turkey. Orders placed after 1PM (UK time) won't be processed until the next working day.

London and the UK are currently in lockdown therefore we will only be able to ship orders out on Tuesdays and Fridays. This shouldn’t affect your order too much but we apologise if it delays it by a few days. Please email Olivia on shop@lisaeldridge.com who can keep you up to date on delivery times.

You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order.

Upon dispatch you will be sent a second email with your shipping tracking link. All Jewellery shipping is by a global recognised and insured courier - either FedEx (Priority) or DPD (Next Day). Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of the Jewellery.

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible.

We are able to accept jewellery returns within 14 days of purchase. Please email shop@lisaeldridge.com stating the reason for your return. You will then be issued a returns label and courier information. You must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your returned product (the confirmation email).

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. 

If your package is visibly damaged on receipt please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.  If, once opened, your goods are faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at shop@lisaeldridge.com.

We will process your refund within 5 days of the return to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may then take 4-7 business days to credit your account. If your original payment method has expired email  shop@lisaeldridge.com.
